My qualifications
I am a graduate of an engineering school in Lille.
My professional experience
During my studies, I had the possibility to take a full year internship within the company DECATHLON, in the production department. Working directly with the suppliers, I was in charge to conduct audits (products quality + safety / environmental protection), implement a corrective action plan and follow the realization of those actions.
After my studies, I joined a micro enterprise where I was in charge of their supply chain (warehouse management, relationship with the carriers, customer deliveries, supply and stock management of the own stores).
My entry at COMAP
I joined COMAP in September 2011, in the Front end supply chain team. At first, as stock and subsidiaries referent, then I changed for the position of demand planner.
I am now in charge of the sales forecasts for COMAP group.
My daily work at COMAP
Working with the subsidiaries, my job is to determinate what will be sold in the 5 coming months.
The main goal of sales forecasts is to enable the calculation of production and procurement plans at the item level.
Sales forecasts is also an actor of the S&OP process. It is a guidance tool because it allows turn over, plant utilization and stock level projections.
The "little extras" I appreciate at COMAP
In the Front end supply chain team, the positions are all interdisciplinary and with an international aspect. Indeed we are working with people from the warehouse and the factories, as well with the sales subsidiaries abroad.
Moreover, COMAP Group is always moving. This implies areas and organization changes, each time very challenging!
