Quality and Safety Environment Manager
In COMAP since 2011
I graduated from a DESS in Engineering and Chemistry Formulation obtained at Claude Bernard University in Lyon.
To validate my studies, I worked in Belgium at DOW CORNING on the topic of insulating glass.
My professional experience
After graduation, I worked as a product development manager of a laboratory for the automotive industry.
My entry at COMAP
I joined COMAP in January 2011. After 5 years as a development and operations engineer at the Nevers plant, I was offered to broaden my skills and become Quality and Safety Environment Manager of the site and manage the quality control laboratory.
My daily work at COMAP
My missions are varied! I maintain the conformity of the quality system to the ISO 9001 standard on the site while "dusting" our vision of the quality system! This enables to understand the principles of quality management in a funnier way!
I lead work groups to improve safety on our site such as the complete review of the factory circulation plan, or the improvement of workstations at height.
I also work with other employees on recovering waste and I have the mission to set up a closed circuit for our process water to limit our water consumption, as part of the societal ambition of COMAP.
The "little extras" I appreciate at COMAP
Thanks to my job, I work with a multitude of actors. Collaborative work is important and helps us to achieve our goals. I enjoy meetings with my colleagues from other sites, moments of exchange and sharing!
