HR Manager in charge of operations
In COMAP since 2013
After obtaining a technical diploma in human resources, I spent eight months in England as a French assistant in a school. When I came back to France, I did a degree course in human resources management, combining studies and internships.
In October 2017, while already working at COMAP, I started a one-year professional training course to obtain a Master’s degree in human resources.
My professional experience
Following my degree course, I worked in different HR departments, first as an HR administrator and then as a payroll administrator. After this second experience within a pay department that was set apart from the rest of the company, I wanted to return to a larger department, with a more varied role.
My entry at COMAP
I joined COMAP in October 2013, in charge of personnel and payroll administration. Since May 1st 2018, I have been HR Manager in charge of operations.
My daily work at COMAP
My job is to ensure the application of the group’s HR policy and to accompany the directors of our industrial and logistics sites in France on a range of HR issues: recruitment, legal advice, disciplinary procedures, skills and career management, pay, etc. I am also in charge of the project on the HR IT system and payroll and I oversee payroll and personnel administration.

Since I arrived at COMAP, I have regularly had the opportunity to take part in interesting projects, which have allowed me to learn new skills constantly.
