My qualifications

I hold a Master degree in Environment, Health & Safety from the Amiens CNAM University (France) with a Bachelor in Chemistry.

My professional experience

During my final year, I completed a one-year apprenticeship in the Bonduelle Group, working on the improvement of vegetable waste recycling. After my studies, I held a position as Environmental Coordinator during 6 years in the GOODYEAR DUNLOP Tyres France Group where I was in charge of the ISO 14001 implementation and of the management of different environmental aspects of this DUNLOP entity in Amiens (France).

My entry at COMAP

I joined COMAP in January 2007, initially to set up ISO 14001 within the plant of Abbeville. I rapidly took on a wider role as EHS manager in 2008. 

Over the years, a mission of general services was added to my EHS mission. In 2017, I had the opportunity to take a part of the Quality, Safety & Environment missions for the COMAP Group. I became the Group EHS coordinator while keeping my functions in Abbeville.

My daily work at COMAP

My specific missions in Abbeville are:

  • Promote safety alongside managers and employees (ensure compliance with safety rules, safety and working conditions improvement project etc.),
  • Promote environment (keep ISO 14001 certification and improve performances)
  • Keep the Abbeville site - indoor and outdoor - in good condition, as well as handling equipment (function of ordering customers with external actors).

I coordinate EHS of the European sites of the COMAP group. I am the EHS expert in support of the entities, I consolidate EHS datas and report them to Comap executive committee. I also drive the group EHS improvement plan and help all the Comap entities.

The "little extras" I appreciate at COMAP

I’m lucky to have a job whose daily work is very diversified.  This function gives me the opportunity to deal with a big range of topics (electricity, ergonomics, machine safety, lift truck maintenance, heating control).

This job is mainly focused on human relationships with employees and with a lot of external partners. I need to be well-organized to meet all of the requests.

Since 2007, COMAP has helped me to change my missions and to develop my skills in several fields.
