Central Southern Regional Director
In COMAP since 1998
I graduated from a business school (Sup de Co. Montpellier), with a specialization in International Trade. I have a dual skill having previously obtained a Higher Technician Certificate in Industrial Design also called Design Office.
During my last year, I realized a 12-month internship in the medium and high power inverters universe in order to set up a distribution and after-sales network which required a good technical level as well as a sales skill.
My professional experience
I joined the area of the second living building supply, first as retail sales representative, then for professional customers. After that, I developed my skills in inventory management and supplier relations. Then, logically, I wanted to move towards a manufacturer.
My entry at COMAP
I joined COMAP in August 1998 as regional sales representative in order to launch, on the French market, our underfloor heating and crimp-fitting offers. After working on different sectors and completing my portfolio of other offers in our range of products, the mission of regional director was entrusted to me.
My daily work at COMAP
I am responsible for leading, motivating and supporting the commercial teams of the region according to the objectives of the company. I spend several days in the field to be closer to the needs of installers and specifiers as well as our customers distributors.
The "little extras" I appreciate at COMAP
COMAP is changing fast. New ranges, new trade goals. When I joined the company, the business was handled exclusively through the relationship with the distributor. Then came the installer focus and then design offices. Today the social landlords are the focus of our attention. This allows us to have an overall view.
Our products are always more technical which increases the interest and differentiation. As an employee of the company, I find it very fulfilling when open-mindedness and curiosity are part of our centers of interest.
