Before arriving at COMAP, I completed an apprenticeship contract at BOSCH Rexroth, as part of my technical studies in administrative management. I was a pay assistant on the industrial site in Vénissieux.
My daily at work at COMAP
At COMAP, I worked on recruitment (apprentices, internships and certain sales positions) and on training management. I was also involved in pay and personnel management and in social affairs. Finally, I provided support on certain internal communications projects and on the HR IT system project.
In what way your work at COMAP will contribute for your futur career?
The position that I occupied during my internship was very varied. The team supported me, whilst also allowing me to work independently on my different subjects. A group like COMAP, which accords importance to its social policy, gives its HR employees the opportunity to work on different projects and to develop a range of skills.
This experience allowed me to gain confidence in situations that I had not previously had to deal with and to work on concrete issues. It also helped me to appreciate the benefits of teamwork
What is your best memory of your internship?
I particularly note the warm welcome given me by a close, caring HR team – and breaks during which we shared cakes and snacks!
In professional terms, I really enjoyed the one-day integration programme for interns, as well as the work that I was able to carry out to inform employees on how to benefit from training courses.
