Methods & Quality Manager

In COMAP since 2003

My qualifications

After obtaining a scientific baccalauréat, I studied transport and logistics management in a university institute of technology. After my first professional experience, I deepened my knowledge of logistics during a two-year sandwich course.

My professional experience

I started my career in parcel management, followed by packing management within several parcel companies. After that, I worked for 4 very interesting years as a Project Manager on several sites with a wide range of issues. These covered designing and starting new activities, improving processes and client-provider interfaces and supporting IT changes.

My entry at COMAP

I joined the COMAP teams in 2003 as Methods & Quality Manager at our logistics platform in Chécy.

My role has regularly evolved since then and I am currently in charge of logistics & transport operations.

My daily work at COMAP

My missions are very varied and I organize and coordinate the work of several teams (goods reception, order preparation, transport) in order to be more efficient and improve the service to our internal and external customers. I identify opportunities for improvement, carry out studies and then implement the changes. I am also responsible for supporting our employees in their professional development and in the achievement of their objectives.

The "little extras" I appreciate at COMAP

Several aspects are particularly interesting and motivating at COMAP. First, it's a fast-changing business, where product flows, organizations and models are constantly evolving and encouraging us to question ourselves and change our practices. It's also a human-size company. Everyone makes their contribution and we can see the impact of our decisions and actions every day.
