"My job is to produce sales literature (catalogues, brochures, etc.), as well as to roll out product launches (using dedicated websites, apps, press relations, etc.). I work for all the Group's subsidiaries, providing them with communications support".

 "My job is to manage new product development or improvements to existing products at our plant. My team and I design specifications and are involved in testing and prototyping. We oversee the various stages of the validation process. We are also responsible for implementing the necessary technical resources".

Purchasing manager – Brescia plant (Italy)

"I started out with COMAP as a receptionist. After joining the purchasing department as an assistant, I'm now the buyer for the site.  I make sure we have the supplies we need to run the plant at the lowest cost, on time, and with the proper level of quality and service. I monitor supplier performance and reporting."
